I am a certified coach and passionate leader with more than 20 years of international business and management experience. In addition, I have an everlasting heart for sport, resulting from a 10-year competitive sports career.

Constant changes, new perspectives, ups and downs as well as the desire to explore new things are part of my life. I see them as natural elements of our path - regardless of whether we can influence them or not.

Born in the state of Thuringia, my world changed overnight at the age of 9 with the reunification of Germany. The first significant turning point happened at the age of 20, as I had to give up my professional luge career due to an injury. At the age of 22, I lost my brother in an accident. At the age of 23, I moved to the USA - a wish since my childhood. At the age of 25, the start of an international management career with adidas, which of course made my athlete's heart beat faster. In 2020, the corona pandemic and a sports injury that forced me, as a very active person, to accept restrictions and reorient myself. In 2021, the decision to leave the corporate world and embark on a new path in life.

I learned that it is not always easy to recognize one's own potential, to stay open to new things, to appreciate emotional rollercoaster rides and to consciously experience the actual personal growth.

My decision to work with a professional coach has enabled me to live exactly these valuable things and helped me to an even stronger "inner self". Coaching has become a passion – whether on a personal or professional level. The energy, the self-confidence and the deep inner contentment are experiences that I pass on from the heart to my clients.
